ALL LOVE IS WELCOME, CELEBRATED, AND SAFE HERE

I’m naturally a crier but my wedding day was especially emotional, and Callie never had to retouch my makeup.
It was incredible.

Callie blew my expectations out of the water and truly made me feel more beautiful than I ever have!

My wedding day wouldn’t have been the same without her.

Additional fees &

Accommodations

Depending on your specific needs, additional fees may apply. I’ll always provide a clear breakdown of any applicable fees in your quote!

These may include:

    • The Travel Fee is $1.25 per mile from Parker, Co.

    Approximate Travel Fees:

    • $50 - $100: Denver, Littleton, Castle Rock, Parker, Broomfield, Thornton, Evergreen, Morrison

    • $100 - $200: Colorado Springs, Golden, Boulder

    • $200- $250: Dillon, Breckenridge, Keystone, Estes Park, Fraser, Winter Park, Fort Collins, Frisco.

    • $250+ Grandby, Vail, Crested Butte, Buena Vista, Aspen, Steamboat

Your travel fee will be included in your quote if you’re able to provide an address!

***Getting ready at my studio off Dry Creek and I-25 is an option too, let me know you’re interested in your inquiry!

    • If easily accessible and safe parking is not available at your service address, parking or valet accommodations may be required.

    • Given the equipment I bring—cases, chairs, lights, and more—it can be unsafe or challenging to navigate several blocks or uneven terrain.

  • Many venues don’t allow early enough access for bridal prep, which can be challenging!

For venues with late start times or high fees for extra hours, I recommend getting the entire party ready at the first location that allows an early start. Here’s why:

✔ No extra cost—the first location is already paid for.
✔ Limited time at the venue (e.g., 12 PM access for a 2 PM ready time) means we’d only manage one person at the venue and group lipstick application.

If getting ready at the venue is a must, I offer a relocation option. However, due to the time and effort required to pack, travel, and reset, there is a $250 relocation fee plus an extra hour added to the timeline in addition to the standard travel fee.

    • A minimum Party of 10 is required for the option of an additional artist.

    • The Additional Artist fee is $150, plus any travel and parking fees, and hotel accommodations if applicable for the second artist.

    • Additional artists will have similar training, licensure and expertise as the Lead Artist.

If your party requires an additional artist, it will be included in your quote.

    • I may require hotel accommodations nearby your location for event dates during the snow season, early start times, location distances that are 100 miles or more from Parker, CO, or inclement weather conditions.

    • Why? This ensures I can travel the night before safely, be well-rested, and avoid unpredictable traffic on the wedding morning.

If hotel accommodations are necessary based on your inquiry details, this will be noted in your quote!

“I was obsessed with my wedding makeup and so were my bridesmaids.”

  • No. In my experience, in the Colorado climate, airbrush can look heavy or cakey, enhance texture and tend to sit on top of the skin, which can sometimes lead to disrupting the wearability. Every artist has different preferences, training and techniques, so though this tool may work great for other artists, I have different preferences!

  • I do not offer hair services! I’m a Licensed Esthetician, so I’m only licensed and insured to do skin & makeup services!

When you inquire with me, let me know you’re still searching for a hairstylist and I will send you over my recommendations!

  • A Bridal Preview, or sometimes called “trial,” is an optional but highly recommended service to see your wedding makeup in advance.

It’s booked separately from your contract as an in-studio service and paid for at the time of the appointment, $185.

    During the preview, we’ll:

    • Discuss your vision, review inspiration photos and questionnaire, and discuss what products and shades will suit your skin type and tone.

    • Apply your full makeup and make adjustments in real-time.

    • Ensure the makeup suits your skin tone, features, and skin type.

    • Give you time to wear the look for several hours to assess its longevity, look and feel.

This appointment helps you feel confident in your makeup and ensures everything is perfect for your wedding day!

  • You can schedule your Bridal Preview (trial) at your convenience! I take detailed notes and photos, so timing doesn’t makes no difference to me!

Here are a few things to keep in mind:

    • I am on location on weekends during busy wedding season, May - October, and won't have much, if any, availability on weekends in the studio for previews. If you need a weekend slot, book between November - April!

    • I recommend a morning or early afternoon appointment so you can wear the look for at least 4 hours to be able to note wearability.

    • Do you have any special occasions coming up that you'd like your makeup done for? I will always do my best to accommodate these dates depending on my availability!

You can schedule your bridal preview online via the link below.

When you inquire, I will provide a tentative timeline that I’d need to have your party completed by the time you noted.
